COM Vibilia eBO Edition is as easy to use as e-mail, while meeting all legal requirements for electronic citizen and organization mailboxes.
Via your eBO, you have the option of communicating electronically not only with the judiciary, but also with authorities, lawyers and notaries.
Also for messages in electronic legal transactions that do not require a form (e.g. communication between the legal profession and the client).

The COM Vibilia eBO Edition application is constantly being developed to meet the requirements of judicial communication.
In 2022, the EGVP infrastructure was supplemented by another special electronic mailbox as a secure transmission channel for citizens and organizations (eBO). This secure transmission channel enables messages and documents to be sent in electronic legal transactions without using the written form.
With the Governikus COM Vibilia eBO Edition application, such an eBO-Postfach can be easily set up and used. In addition, the secure transmission channel can also be used for messages in electronic legal transactions that do not require a form (e.g. communication between the legal profession and clients).
The Governikus COM Vibilia eBO Edition is based on our proven product Governikus COM Vibilia. COM Vibilia is part of the IT Planning Council'sAnwendung Governikus and is continuously developed and maintained. These further developments are also incorporated into the eBO Edition.
